ArctiCold Warranty

The Client does agree to this Warranty statement when purchasing an Absorption Cooling Unit or Remanufactured Complete Refrigerator. This coverage will commence when the shipping of your product leave one of our facilities.

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty

All Absorption Cooling Units manufactured by Arctic Cold are covered by a 5 year limited warranty. All other parts on Complete Refrigerator sales are covered with a standard 30 day replacement warranty.

Shipping

During Years 1 & 2, Arctic Cold will pay the complete shipping on the warranty claim unit. The defective unit must be returned to ArctiCold INC for testing. Should the unit be found to be working properly or faulted due to user abuse the shipping bill would then be forwarded to the client for remittance.

Conditions of the Warranty

Arctic Cold is not responsible for damage or failure caused by accident, abuse, misuse or repairs not authorized by Arctic Cold or acts of God.

To Report A Claim

If you are experiences troubles or poor operation from your Cooling Unit please call our offices Warranty Department toll free at 1-888-782-6665. You will be asked a short series of questions to determine what the problem may be and a quick and easy solution. In the event we must ship warranty products, arrangements will be handled by Arctic Cold. If the Client chooses/ships with the carrier of their choice they agree to pay all subsequent charges.

Warranty Claims

All warranties in order to be valid and correct must be accompanied and proven with original bills of sale and tech numbers found on the Absorption Cooling Unit. Please store this information in a safe place.
